TS119 – Tsunami of Darkness – Part 12

In this vision, the darkness is approaching the land. One of the reasons for this is that pulpits are serving stale manna. Pulpits are serving stale word or food to their congregations.  Stale food has caused faithless lives, decay in health, no love, and lack of fear of God. The believers’ lives have decayed and become rotten as a result of consuming stale food. Stale food does not create an appetite for true manna or word of God. It creates a sick lifestyle. Because the pulpits serve stale food, the congregations have lost interest in reading the Bible, praying, and showing love to others.

Believers have even lost the desire to seek the face of God. When the believers attend the church, they become weak rather than being strengthened. The church has become a theater of con artists, with the pastor serving as the primary con artist. They manufacture God’s presence, God’s gifts, and healings. Instead of trusting God they trust on their abilities and performance. These con artists have turned the house of God into a den of thieves.

The congregations, like their pastor, have become crooked. Everyone wants their gain, their money, and their motives met when they come to church.

The fresh manna from Jesus is not served in the pulpits. The fresh understanding about Jesus is not given to the congregations. It’s become a storytelling from the pulpit, where preachers share convicting, emotional stories to motivate people. All preaching that does not – expose sin, its consequences, emphasize the need for a savior, and lead people to repentance by believing in Jesus is merely storytelling. All messages that boost our ego without pointing out our sins are motivational stories. There is no freshness of Jesus in the pulpit or in the congregation. Because there is no progressive growth of knowledge of Jesus, the congregation’s hearts harden over time.

The fresh manna from heaven creates a desire to see more and more of Jesus. The following are some examples of stale food given in pulpits.

1) Preach sermons from books – Copy doctrines from books without the preachers putting them into practice.

2) Copy sermons from other preachers – Preach other preachers’ sermons rather than their own.

3) Preachers are not living the Jesus they preach. In this situation, there is no power. Preachers preach the sermon without applying or living it.

4) No revelation of Jesus

5) Encouraging certain sins

Preachers must draw from God’s well of living water to feed their congregations. When preachers don’t draw fresh manna from heaven’s storehouses or ovens but instead draw from the world or the surroundings, the manna is stale.

Any message or sermon that comes from world without a divine touch is always stale. At least one point in every message should have a divine touch. The health of congregation is deteriorating because the manna is stale.

Preachers must once again spend valuable time with God to receive fresh manna from Him. Fresh manna or word will keep the congregation healthy and rich in God.

Please pray for the following points as intercessors.

1) Remove the side effects of eating stale food in the pulpit.

2) Remove stale food from the pulpits.

3) Fresh working knowledge of Jesus to be preached from the pulpit.

4) Preachers to gather enough manna from heaven for their congregations.

5) Preachers should spend valuable time before God in order to receive fresh manna from God.
