TS358 – The Fastest Answer to Prayer in Scripture

And it happened, before he had finished speaking, that behold, Rebekah, who was born to Bethuel, son of Milcah, the wife of Nahor, Abraham’s brother, came out with her pitcher on her shoulder. Genesis 24:15

This is one of the quickest answered prayers in all of Scripture. Before Abraham’s servant had finished praying, his prayer was answered. The prayer was answered before Abraham’s servant concluded his prayer. Imagine if we had such answered prayer requests!

Abraham understood that it was God’s time for Isaac to get married, so he sends his servant, and the servant went in God’s will and found Rebekah. The servant’s prayer was found in the center of God’s will, time and place. The servant arrived at the right place, at the right time, in the center of God’s will.

What made this prayer so powerful? The servant did not pray a special prayer (or with too many words), but his prayer was simply aligned with God’s will and God’s timing, and prayers prayed in that alignment are answered quickly.

Are your prayers aligned to God’s will and timing? Prayers aligned to God’s will and God’s timing are answered quickly. Let your prayers aligned to God’s will and season, and heaven backs such a prayer.
