TS65 – God’s Presence

A young person experienced a vision of God’s presence. The young person was led to a crowded Sunday church service in this vision. During the worship, God’s presence came in the church. Similar to Ezekiel’s vision, there were numerous divine objects and divine things in God’s presence (Ezekiel 1). In Ezekiel’s vision, God was seated on His throne surrounded by living creatures, marvellous light, and divine objects. God’s presence also has many things like solutions for our needs, angels, divine objects along with the revelation of the person of Jesus Christ.

Ezekiel was caught up with God on His throne rather than with any living creatures or divine objects. However, many people in the church were caught up with needed divine things but not with the revelation of the person of Jesus Christ. By looking only on the solution of their needs, they are unknowingly losing the revelation of the person of Jesus. To see God on His Throne and hear His voice and plans is the major purpose of Ezekiel’s vision. To see or get a revelation of the person of Jesus Christ is the main purpose of God’s presence.

And the angel answered and said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God.” – Luke 1:35

Holy Spirit came upon Mary, and she was pregnant with Son of God, Jesus Christ. Its similar in God’s presence, the Holy Spirit descends upon us and causes us to become pregnant with the revelation of the person of Jesus Christ. As many people in the congregation are willing rejecting or unknowing rejecting Holy Spirit’s revelation of Jesus Christ, there is no birth of Jesus in them. The church is not pregnant with revelation of the person of Jesus Christ. However, the church is pregnant with world’s son, who resembles their needs and self.

The young person was not able to see many pregnant mary’s in the church.  At the church’s entrance, he saw Jesus. Jesus was sobbing because he could not find anyone like him. Although the sermon was excellent, there was no revelation or understanding about Jesus.

For some mary’s who were pregnant with Jesus Christ, the enemy wanted to kill the Jesus formed in them.

Jesus remained standing at the door. The devil works in many ways to prevent any revelation of Jesus from entering people’s hearts in preaching and worship. The devil targets every revelation about Jesus either by destroying it, making people forget the revelation or concentrate on other divine things. By getting some people to focus solely on themselves and their needs, the devil was able to ruin every revelation about Jesus before it even reached their hearts. The devil wants to destroy every revelation about Jesus before reaching our heart by making us concentrate on our self and our needs only.

Our needs will be addressed naturally when we make the revelation of Jesus Christ as our main priority during church services. When we make our needs the main priority during church services, the enemy gradually replaces the revelation of Jesus Christ with a need-based grace doctrine.

These days there are many need-based grace doctrines. A preaching mainly focused on our needs without the revelation of Jesus is a need-based doctrine. Need based doctrine is harming people by preparing people for earth rather than heaven.

Holy Spirit comes to reveal about Jesus and then when Jesus comes, he will take care of all our needs. Preaching about Jesus revealing about His nature, mercy, love along with taking care of your needs is the right doctrine. Jesus takes care of your needs by making himself known. When the focus is on our needs and seeing Jesus only as the provider also is the right doctrine. But if we take this approach, we won’t get to know the person of Jesus.

The young person understood that the devil seeks to destroy every single thought or revelation about Jesus Christ. The devil is unconcerned by messages that do not contain the revelation about Jesus. The devil wants to destroy every thought or revelation about Jesus before they mature or form in us, much as Herod slaughtered children during the birth of Jesus. These revelations will make you grow into the complete image of Jesus.

Start holding or clinging onto the thoughts or revelations about Jesus you received during the Sunday service. All of these are targets for the enemy. With the aid of the Holy Spirit, guard these thoughts or revelations of Jesus Christ.

The truth and revelation of Jesus is the only way to dispel darkness. Hold on or actively pursue the revelation of Jesus Christ till this revelation completely forms Jesus in your life. The enemy will stop you from becoming more like Jesus if you forget or ignore these revelations about Jesus Christ.
